This customer slits approximately 3.0mm galvanized coils for roofing sheets, purlins and light steel profiles. They have high demands on edge quality and recoiling neatness.

We supplied a 3.0mm × 1600mm slitting line with 150m/min speed, with side guides and a tension station optimized to protect galvanized surfaces and edges while ensuring tight, neat recoils.
